Haiti Earthquake Relief Fundraiser – from 5-9pm at Claire’s Restaurant and the Center for an Agricultural Economy in downtown Hardwick. Includes an exhibit of Haitian artwork, local foods and goods marketplace, and an auction featuring local foods, crafts and services. Live auction begins at 8pm. Money collected will benefit the Neges Foundation, a small community based organization located at the epicenter of the earthquake in Leogane, to support their work to build a shelter for children orphaned, injured and traumatized by the earthquake. For more information, contact Emily at 802-472-5913 or Beth at 802-472-6969.
